• Participants are free to choose any cuisine.

Rules:

• On-the-spot registration is permitted.

• No late entries are entertained.

• All the students who are pursuing undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from bonafide colleges and universities shall be qualified to participate in the competition.

• It is an individual event in which only single participant will be perform.

• At most 3 Participants can participate in the competition from one college.

• Time duration is 45 minutes for Competition.

• All required materials, tools and utensils/equipment should be arranged by the participants themselves.

• All the participants must leave their working area clean after the preparation is over.

• No microwave, oven or gas stove is allowed.

• Any kind of electrical equipment is also not allowed.

• Cutting of vegetables and/ or fruits should be done on the spot. No prior preparation is allowed.

• Milk and milk products may be used. 

• Bread, Biscuits/cookies, chocolates may be used.

• No readymade/ tinned/ canned/ boiled raw material allowed.

• Readymade decorative items are not permitted.

• Ingredients used have to under vegetarian category of foods. 

• Participants should get the approval for their raw materials three day prior to the competition.

• Heating by any method is not permitted.

• Negative marking if the permitted time is exceeded.

• Participants are required to display a chart containing the ingredients of dish made.

• Participants are required to bring their own utensils for serving purpose.

• The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments or any kind of books for reference once the competition starts.

• It is compulsory to carry college ID cards, participants are also required to carry a letter sealed and signed by your respective college mentioning the relevant details of participants. 

• Carry a physical copy of registration details with the receipt of payment of registration fees.

• The tournament committee makes all final decisions concerning all grievances.

• Judge’s decision will be considered as final.

Runner up: Trophy + Certificate

Participation Certificate will be given to all the participants.
