1. There shall be only two participants in each team of which one will speak for the motion and the other against the motion.
2. On the Spot Registration is permitted
3. Multiple entries are allowed.
4. No late entries are entertained
5. All the students who are pursuing undergraduate and post-graduate from bonafide colleges and universities shall be qualified to participate in the competition
6. Teams will not be allowed to observe other participants' performance unless they are knocked out from the competition. Scouting of any team will result in disqualification.
7. It is compulsory to carry college ID cards, participants are also required to carry a letter sealed and signed by your respective college mentioning the relevant details of participants.
8. Carry a physical copy of registration details with the receipt of payment of registration fees.
9. Judge’s decision will be considered final.
10. Languages allowed are English & Marathi.
Preliminary Round:
1. From each team one speaker will speak 'for the motion' and the other speaker will speak 'against the motion'.
2. Each speaker will get 4+1 minutes to present themselves and 1 minute for Interrogation (on judge’s discretion) in the Preliminary round.
Final Round:
1. From each team one speaker will speak 'for the motion' and the other speaker will speak 'against the motion'.
2. Teams will be given 30 minutes of time for the preparation of the final round.
3. Each speaker will get 5+2 minutes to present themselves and 1 minute for Interrogation (on judge’s discretion) in the Final round.

Participation Certificate to all the participants shall be given
