Tug of War

Venue:- Modern high school

Reporting time :- 3.00 pm

 

RULES:-

  1. All the students who are pursuing undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from bonafide colleges and universities shall be qualified to participate in the competition.

  2. Multiple entries from same college are allowed.

  3. It is compulsory to carry college ID cards, participants are also required to carry a letter sealed and signed by your respective college mentioning the relevant details of participants.

  4. Carry a physical copy of registration details with the receipt of payment of registration fees

  5. All players must wear sports shoes and matching colored T- shirts/jerseys when playing Arguments with refree will result

      in disqualification of the respective team.

   6. All other Rules and regulations will be explained before the commencement of the tournament. The tournament committee makes all        final decisions concerning all grievances

   7.The team must be of 12 players, out of which only 8 players will play the game.

   8.All the team members must be of the same college.

   9.Video recording during the match will not be considered for any decision.

  1. Rules :-

  • Two teams participate in the game.

  • There will be 8 players on the each side.

  • The game area is marked with a central line, and both teams start on opposite sides of it.

  • The goal is to pull the opposing team across the central line.

  • The central line is the boundary, and the team that manages to pull the other team's center past this line wins.

  • There will be 3 sets.

  • Each set will consist of 1 Minute

  • After completion of each set 2 minutes break will be given

  • The team which wins majority of sets will win the game.

  1.      In case of a tie or stalemate (neither team moves significantly), the game may be repeated or a fourth round may be conducted.

  2.        The game should be played without rough physical contact like pushing, tripping, or aggressive actions.

  3.        Players should maintain a proper stance to avoid injury (e.g., bending knees, keeping feet planted).

  4.      All the other rules and regulations will be conveyed by the organizers on the date of event.Preponement or postponement of event will be conveyed by the organizers, if any.

  5.      The tournament committee makes all final decisions concerning all grievances.

Winner: Trophy + Certificate

Runner up: Trophy + Certificate

Participation Certificate will be given to all the participants
